About the Role

This role offers the perfect mix of leadership and client engagement. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operations, team culture, financial performance, and client satisfaction, while also supporting the retail floor and delivering tailored eyewear solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all aspects of HR, onboarding, performance and team engagement
• Monitor financial KPIs and adhere to budget and operational targets
• Resolve client complaints and maintain top‑tier service standards
• Oversee stock management and local marketing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with health and safety, and optometry regulations
• Help clients select eyewear that meets their lifestyle, vision and fashion needs
• Ensure retail floor is well‑presented and stock levels are optimised
• Support a positive and professional client experience every step of the way
• Contribute actively to team culture, continuous improvement and innovation
