We are hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves) across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.

We are looking for a Christmas Experience Team to drive performance at sites in the Auckland Region, including Lynn Mall, Sylvia Park, Glenfield Mall, Northwest.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Welcome visitors, families, and spread Christmas cheer

Help capture magical Santa photos

Ensure a fun, stress-free experience for kids and adults

Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happen

Process and package visitor prints and photo packages with care

Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality

All training is provided, hours are flexible, and the office is magical.

Requirements / Qualifications

Full of good vibes and festive energy

Great with people (and pets!) of all ages

Cool under pressure

A team player who loves making people feel welcome

Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children\'s Clearance
