Retail Duty Manager - Pak'nSave, Mt Albert
The Retail Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at Pak'nSave Mt Albert.
This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.
This is a fixed term part-time position working a minimum of 12 rostered hours per week until 1 February
Flexibility is key, with availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and the delivery exceptional customer service
Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act
Provide coaching and product training, contributing to the continuous development of the team
Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reports
What you bring
Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
Must have LCQ and Duty Manager certificate
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of retail staff
Previous experience of inventory management processes
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills
Strategic approach to sales revenue and driving business growth
Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and evenings as required
