Marketing Assistant
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s passionate about design, presentation, and creating brand experiences people can touch and feel. This role is all about bringing the brand to life through physical marketing — managing our clients marketing aisle, sample systems, and display assets that support designers, joiners, and partners across New Zealand.
Location : Hastings Start date : Immediate start Pay rate : $30–34 per hour (paid weekly)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all samples, packaging, and display materials across the marketing aisle
- Coordinate the build, refresh, and rollout of displays for showrooms, events, and partner locations
- Work with suppliers and production partners to create display boards and physical marketing assets
- Organise and maintain labelling, packaging, and stock systems for samples and displays
- Ensure all tactile marketing materials are accurate, well-presented, and on‑brand
- Support the marketing team with brand projects, photoshoots, events, and campaign logistics
- Help develop new ideas to improve the presentation and accessibility of our materials
