## Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this roleThe Director, People & Capability leads the Ministry for Pacific Peoples' P&C Team and ensures the successful development and delivery of the Ministry's People Strategy.
The Director, People & Capability will have strategic, leadership and operational accountabilities.The salary range for this role is $129,535 to $194,303 (midpoint $161,919).
Starting salary will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
