We are one team united by being part of something bigger – to bring the best of life to our residents.ResponsibilitiesHands-on and reliable Gardener to join the Cambridge village, supporting the Gardener and Property Manager with day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.Carry out lawn care, including mowing and general property maintenance tasks across the site.Support the property team as needed to contribute to a diverse and rewarding role outdoors and help create well-maintained, welcoming spaces within a close-knit community.QualificationsProven experience in gardening, lawn care, and general property maintenance.Confident in using a range of tools and equipment; comfortable with mowing, pruning, minor repairs, and outdoor upkeep.Team player who can also work independently; able to manage time effectively to complete daily tasks to a high standard.Well-organised, efficient, physically fit, and able to thrive in a hands-on role.Genuine passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, with a warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life.Additional InformationWhen you're part of the Summerset team, you belong to a place where your work has real impact, who you are is fully embraced and where your career flourishes.
