NZ Funds is looking for a Client Wealth Associate to join our Private Wealth division in Dunedin. The role also has a clear growth pathway to financial advice.

As an important conduit between our financial advisers, the clients we serve and the professionals we partner with, the role focuses on supporting our local team in administering client portfolios and preparing financial plans.

You will have a background in professional services. You will also be wanting to grow and develop your skills in the finance industry and help kiwis achieve a fully funded retirement.

This is a dynamic role that provides an incredible opportunity to build your skills and experience under the guidance and support of an established team.

About you

To succeed in this role you will be :

• Professional – you are interpersonally confident and articulate and work well in a team.
• Technically minded – you are analytical and find working with numbers comes naturally. You may have studied finance, accounting, or economics. Experience in paraplanning is an advantage.
• Organised – you find staying on top of multiple workstreams easy, prioritise well and take pride in seeing tasks through to completion.
• Diligent and dynamic – attention to detail is important to you and you thrive on new and different tasks, exhibiting a willingness to adapt.
• A people person and good communicator – whether by phone, email or face-to-face you are able to make our clients feel welcome and heard.
• Growth orientated – you are an active learner and interested in developing your career.
