• Manage the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strong focus on the why and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Ensure customer impacts are assessed and addressed in the design and delivery of solutions.
• Proactively build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Perform more complex development activities which may be beyond the competency or skill of a software engineer.
• Analyse business requirements, refine and implement solutions.
• Develop applications which includes coordination and collaboration with the BA / QA as well as the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) of the project owners.
• Supporting developers to grow technically and professionally.
• Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams) and background checks.## About youYou will be an experienced full stack software engineer with excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate yourself both with written technical & verbal. With strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you will have the following technical knowledge and experience & knowledge in :
• With the hands-on development on client server and n-tier systems
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Proficient in relational database and SQL development
• Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes
• Expertise in technical and / or business area
• Practical commercial experience in .NET development (.NET Framework and / or .NET Core).
