• ?We have been BUZZed and looking for an experienced, personable, and hands-on Lodge Manager to lead operations at luxury hunting lodge.

This boutique lodge caters to high-end international guests, coming to NZ for a bucket list moment in their lives.

Are you ready to deliver world-class experiences in an exclusive environment.

You will oversee all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

This includes working with the external guides and managing a small team of seasonal staff, coordinating guest itineraries, overseeing marketing and sales, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised guest experience.

Oversee dining, housekeeping, transport, and activity logistics.

Manage marketing, communications, and guest bookings.

Take ownership of budgets, reporting, and lodge P&L performance.

Lead and coordinate a small team including guides, property staff, and a chef.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

About You You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and the outdoors.

Ideally, you'll bring : Previous experience in 5

Strong organisational and business administration skills.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.

A genuine appreciation for hunting, outdoor adventure, and guest engagement.

Full NZ driver license Ability to travel to the USA for sales trips On offer is a market leading salary, onsite accommodation, travel to the USA and a chance to run the business as if it were your own!
