Right now, we’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our day‑shift team at our Dunedin production facility. This is a permanent, full‑time role (Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 / 8 : 00 am starts), guiding a motivated crew across multiple product lines in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

About the Role

As Production Supervisor, you’ll be on the floor — leading by example, coordinating workflow, and keeping standards high. You’ll oversee daily operations across sauces, pestos, cured meats and gourmet proteins, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and food‑safety excellence.

You’ll work closely with our Production and Dispatch teams to keep things running smoothly — coaching your crew, driving continuous improvement, and making sure every batch that leaves our facility meets Origin quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support your production team through daily manufacturing schedules.
• Maintain workflow across multiple product lines while meeting production targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and Food Control Plan standards.
• Drive a safe, clean and efficient workplace with zero compromise on quality.
• Collaborate with QA, Maintenance and Logistics for smooth coordination.
• Champion training, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
