Supply & Production Planning Manager

Scapegrace Distilling Company – Queenstown, South Island

We are seeking a talented Supply & Production Planning Manager to join the team at Scapegrace Distilling Company in our Queenstown, Otago location. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of our manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure we meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining production schedules to optimise workflow and resource utilisation
• Analysing sales forecasts and inventory data to plan production and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborating with the manufacturing, logistics and procurement teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
• Tracking key performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Providing regular reporting and presenting recommendations to the senior leadership team
• Supporting the continuous improvement of our production planning and inventory management systems
• Managing two direct reports, the Logistics Manager and Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
