Job descriptionThorough induction and training into new role. Ongoing support for professional development including regular professional supervision, internal educational programs, and support to engage in external or postgraduate training. Reimbursement for Annual Practicing Certificate. Strong supportive IDT. Extra sick leave days to support wellbeing. Pay parity with the Mecca pay rates. NZ registered Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate and driver’s license. 1-2 years’ experience in neurology, and / or community-based rehabilitation. Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, vocational therapy and paediatrics is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, their whānau and the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered rehabilitation. Commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

- Work alongside clients and their whānau / family to provide community-based rehabilitation.
- Provide neuro and community rehabilitation services in both community and clinic settings.
