About the Role

Looking for a role where every day is different? Join our Nursing Resource Team based at Tauranga Hospital and play a key part in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Health Care Assistant (HCA), you will be the backbone of support for our nursing staff, stepping in when and where you are needed the most. Whether assisting with mobility, personal care, or ensuring a comfortable environment for patients, your contribution will be valued and impactful.

This permanent part‑time role working 1 FTE (40 hours per week) involves rostered shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends – offering variety and flexibility in your work schedule.
