Specialist Consultant - Surgery - 1500 per day

Locum cover is required for :

• Monday 10th November 0730 - Thursday 13th November 1700 : 1 x on call day
• Friday 28th November 0730 or 1700 - Monday 1st December 0730 : on call weekend
• Monday 1st December 0730 - Friday 5th December 1700 : 1 x on call day : URGENT
• Friday 5th December 0730 or 1700 - Monday 8th December 0730 : on call weekend
• Monday 15th December 0730 - Friday 19th December 1700 : 1 x on call day
• Any 1 week block between the week of 5th January – week of 26th January
