Cybersecurity Architect (Remote)

The Cybersecurity Architect will play a key role in shaping, designing, and delivering enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for complex environments. This hands-on position involves guiding customers through strategy, architecture, and implementation, ensuring secure and seamless access to systems and data. You will work across multiple IAM platforms, delivering integrations that support workforce and customer identity, privileged access, and governance processes. The role requires collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with organizational objectives. You will also mentor junior specialists, stay current with emerging security trends, and provide innovative approaches to enhance cybersecurity posture. Accountabilities :

• Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions across various technologies and platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, OneIdentity, RSA SecurID, and Yubico.
• Lead IAM solution delivery, including SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, privileged access, identity governance, and lifecycle automation.
• Engage with customers to translate business needs into IAM requirements and deliver high-quality, secure solutions.
• Develop IAM strategy, roadmaps, technical documentation, and architecture patterns for enterprise environments.
• Support full IAM lifecycle processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) procedures, access governance, and federation.
• Mentor and support junior cybersecurity and IAM specialists to build team capability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM standards, trends, and technologies such as Zero Trust, Passkeys, FIDO2, and adaptive authentication.
