Junior Network Engineer

Are you the person friends and family call when “the Wi-Fi is broken”? Do you enjoy pulling things apart to see how they work?

What you’ll be doing.

You don’t need to know everything on day one – we’ll teach you. But you will :

• Help support and maintain our clients’ networks (switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs).
• Do basic setup and changes under guidance from senior engineers.
• Monitor networks, investigate issues, and help fix incidents.
• Work with our ISP team to provision internet and WAN services.
• Talk with clients (email / phone) and keep them updated on progress.

You’ll be based in our Auckland office and work closely with experienced engineers who will coach and support you.

About you.

You’re early in your career – maybe a recent grad, career-changer, or you’ve done some IT support and want to get deeper into networking.

You’ll thrive in this role if you :

If you’ve got some hands-on experience (through study, labs, home projects, or an entry-level IT role), that’s great – but attitude and willingness to learn are more important.
