Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to meet business requirements.
• Providing day-to-day operational support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, to ensure optimal system performance.
• Creating robust, mobile-responsive forms and applications that can capture and submit data, even in low-connectivity areas.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Working closely with internal and external technical teams to ensure smooth and efficient system performance and continuous improvement.
