Warehouse Team Leader – Provide Equipment Hub

As Warehouse Team Leader for Provide Equipment Hub, you will lead a shift team to deliver safe, accurate, and timely warehouse operations—from goods receipt through to order fulfilment and dispatch.

You will oversee goods-in checks and receipting, stock integrity and location accuracy, and coordinate with decontamination and refurbishment teams to keep equipment flowing to service standards.

You will plan daily workloads, allocate resources and monitor performance, using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain audit-ready records and resolve discrepancies.

You will champion health & safety and continuous improvement, support cross-cover across extended hours and model our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
