This opportunity is for a skilled voiceover artist to deliver high-quality IVR (Interactive Voice Response) recordings in both English and Arabic. The project involves updating automated phone systems for multiple automotive brands, ensuring a seamless and professional caller experience. The selected artist will be responsible for producing approximately 29 recordings, matching provided scripts and durations, to support a daily call volume of 2,000–3,000. All work is to be completed remotely, with a delivery timeline of three weeks.

Deliverables

  • Record and deliver 29 IVR audio files in both English and Arabic, precisely matching provided scripts and durations.
  • Ensure all recordings are clear, professional, and suitable for high-volume automated phone systems.
  • Provide files in required formats, ready for immediate integration.
  • Submit a formal quotation detailing per-file or per-script pricing, with options for one-time purchase or two-year licensing, including renewal fees.
  • Supply official company documentation with stamp and signature as part of the proposal.
  • Meet the three-week delivery deadline for all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in professional voiceover work, specifically for IVR or telephony systems.
  • Native-level fluency in both English and Arabic, with clear and neutral accents.
  • Ability to deliver consistent tone, clarity, and pacing across all recordings.
  • Access to professional-grade recording equipment and soundproof environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in script delivery and timing.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and handling formal documentation.
  • Availability to work remotely and deliver within the specified timeline.
  • Familiarity with licensing terms and ability to provide clear pricing structures.
