qualified chef
with fine dining experience and strong leadership skills, this could be the role for you.
What we're looking for :
Qualified Chef
with at least
2 years' experience
as a Sous Chef
Fine dining or upscale bistro experience preferred
Confident leader with the ability to
mentor and coach a team
Passionate about cooking with
fresh, seasonal NZ produce
Reliable
, organised, and calm under pressure
Clear communicator with both
management and front of house
Key Responsibilities :
Creating
interchangeable degustation
and
special occasion menus
Managing
food costs
and
staff rosters
Ensuring smooth, high-quality kitchen service
Training and supporting junior chefs
Overseeing kitchen operations with professionalism and care
Role Details : Location :
Christchurch
Hours : 35 hours per week
