Graduate Engineers - Bridges

• We are hiring Graduate Engineers to join our Bridges team in the Hamilton or Auckland office, starting in early 2026.
• Our Graduate Engineer roles are for those completing their relevant Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) or Master’s degree by the end of 2025 with less than one year of relevant work experience as a Graduate (internships do not count toward the one-year maximum).
• If you have more than one year of work experience as a Graduate, please instead apply for a role of interest through our careers site.

On a day-to-day basis, the life of a Graduate at WSP typically starts off in the morning with a walk, bike, or drive to the office and then responding to any urgent client emails. Beyond that, anything could happen!

You could be involved in report writing, modelling, or design calculations in 3D software packages. Your day could also involve visiting sites and liaising with contractors, discussing options for concept designs with colleagues, responding to client requests for information, or meetings with the team about the scope and progress of projects.
