  • This newly created role offers the opportunity to shape and lead customer supply strategies across New Zealand, driving satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • About the Role :
  • As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless supply relationships across both Retail and B2B channels.
  • You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused solutions.

    This role is central to enhancing customer satisfaction, optimising supply chain processes, and fostering strong partnerships that support business growth.

  • What You Will Do :
  • Lead the development and execution of customer supply chain strategies that enhance satisfaction, optimise product availability, and support business growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver collaborative, customer-focused solutions.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making using tools and insights to improve service delivery across Retail and B2B channels.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and drive sustainable value creation.
  • Who You Are :
  • You're a strategic thinker with a passion for customer value and operational excellence.
  • You bring :

  • You bring at least 5 years' experience in Sales, Supply, or Customer Service within a multi-channel environment, along with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and thrive in matrix environments where cross-functional collaboration is key.
  • You're analytically minded, comfortable working with large data sets to inform decisions, and skilled in tools like Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • You demonstrate adaptability, learning agility, and a strategic mindset to navigate and lead through change.
  • You bring a deep understanding of supply chain processes and business value creation.
  • Nice to Have :
  • Experience in FMCG or Supply Chain environments.
  • SAP (ERP, e-commerce, CRM) and Power BI proficiency.
  • Exposure to digital or business transformation initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning.
