Unspecified This is a fixed term (24months) position reporting to the Digital Technology Manager and focused on supporting the business with the GTF product set up and introduction.What You Will DoWorking with the Digital Team to understand detailed aspects of the core systems processes, data and requirements.
Locally introduce and support new functionality and processes to meet existing and future business requirements.
Creating and maintaining supporting documentation and standard work.Encourage site and culture to embrace a digital mindset and learning skills to drive technological innovation and process improvement initiatives.Stay informed about information and changes from RTX, P&W and other sources, and communicate these to key stakeholders.
Where required support cross functional teams and stakeholders with projects, incidents and supporting the business and end users.Take an active role in the CORE program and meet all EH&S requirements.Working with the Digital team to assist with master data support to for initial setup of technical and logistical information for configurator, part control (kitting), production orders, material masters, and tooling.With Enterprise systems (i.e. SAP Plant Maintenance, Solumina Library), clarify functionality against existing applications and define gaps / opportunities, learn out new systems processes and assist business to adopt and utilise new functionality with a broad focus of a variety of datasets including the new tooling and equipment for the GTF.
Facilitate the integration of different Enterprise systems features and their datasets so they complement each other and work optimally for the business long term.Other Digital work and activities as required, not limited to, such as testing above systems, documenting issues, creating standard operating procedures, end user training, stakeholder collaboration.
Assist with creating new reporting from Enterprise datasets where unavailable.Confident working independently with Enterprise systems and data.
Competent in MS Office suite, with SharePoint / Power Automate / Power BI skills advantageous.Working flexibility in a collaborative team environment.Qualifications You Must HaveDiploma in a relevant Digital Technology, Software, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mechatronics.3+ years of prior relevant experience.Experience in problem solving complex IT systems and applications in a corporate environment.
