About The Role

We are seeking a talented solicitor to join our successful national Property, Construction & Major Projects team in Christchurch. The role will involve working alongside experienced Partner, Hamish Foote, and highly-skilled Senior Associates, Guy Bidwill and Victoria Joseph.

The team works with a diverse portfolio of clients including large corporates with substantial property holdings, development companies, institutional property investors and local and central government entities. This is a diverse and rewarding role and will suit a motivated self-starter, who enjoys collaboration and engaging directly with clients.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Top tier clients
  • Broad range of property-based work, including acquisition and disposal transactions, property aspects of large infrastructure projects (including development agreements), Overseas Investment Act applications and advice, commercial leasing and subdivisions.
