About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned RMO Manager to join the Clinical Services and Clinical Medical Officer Teams. Reporting to the General Director of Operations, this role is instrumental in supporting RMO’s in delivering patient care that is customer‑driven, safety‑conscious and supports the needs of the local community.
This role involves recruitment and selection of RMO staff and supports newly qualified staff and those on training programs. Day‑to‑day work includes general HR support, CME planning, rostering and oversight of the operational budget for the service.
About you
The ideal person will have experience with this type of role and a natural ability to build relationships with a range of people and be customer‑service orientated. This is a fast‑paced role with regular staff changes and therefore the successful person needs experience maintaining advisory / business partner support.
