Store Manager

We are looking for an energetic store manager to work full-time in busy store.Job Duties :

Lead Coach and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Ensure every customer receives a personalised, style-driven experience

Recruit, train and develop team members to build high-performing culture

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising to brand standards

Overseas inventory, stock management and operational processess

Analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive growth

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of retail / store management experience preferably in fashion

Strong leadership people management and communication skills

Proven ability to drive sales and deliver measurable results.

Minimum bachelors degree and highly organised with attention to detail

Passion for plumbing and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Flexibility to cover rostered hours as required
