Full Stack Developer – Build the Future of Recruitment & Immigration Systems
Location : Auckland, New Zealand (ideally Onsite but will work with Hybrid)
Employment Type : Full-time, Fixed Term (2–4 months)
Rate : $55–$60 per hour

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a hands‑on Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of web development and CRM integration . You’ll design and deliver a high‑performing website that seamlessly connects to our CRM and supports the entire recruitment + immigration lifecycle — from candidate applications to employer leads.
You’ll have the autonomy to assess our current tech stack, recommend improvements, and build scalable solutions that make FRENZ faster, smarter, and ready for what’s next.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimise responsive, engaging websites (WordPress preferred, but open to the best tech for the job).
- Integrate website workflows — job applications, client forms, candidate data — directly into our CRM.
- Evaluate our existing FileMaker CRM and advise on upgrade or replacement options (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Automate data flow across systems, linking the website, CRM, and accounting tools (currently Moneyworks).
- Implement SEO, UX, accessibility, and mobile-first best practices.
- Document your build, train internal users, and ensure long-term scalability and data security.
What You Bring
Strong understanding of CRM integration , APIs, and webhooks.Knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data automation.Practical understanding of SEO, performance, and UX principles.A consultative, solutions-focused mindset — you see tech as an enabler of business growth.Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex ideas to non-technical teammates.Why Join FRENZ
