Macpac Northlink, our flagship store just 12 months young, is seeking a superstar Store Manager to lead an established and passionate team.

We’re looking for an experienced retail leader with strong people management skills, a hands‑on approach, and ideally visual merchandising experience.

You’ll thrive under pressure, lead from the front, and bring energy and drive to a high‑profile environment.

Full‑time permanent on‑going role based at Macpac Northlink. Monday – Saturday roster, competitive salary with weekly pay, achievable potential bonus, and fantastic discounts across Macpac and Supercheap Auto.

Store Manager Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you will maximise sales, ensure seamless operations, and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team.

Success Criteria

To thrive in this high‑energy environment, you should ideally have :

Experience with outdoor clothing and equipment is preferred but not essential. A passion for the outdoors or travel is preferable.
