Our Whanganui team are looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join them!

The Opportunity

Downer are proudly supporting a range of exciting projects across Whanganui. The Downer South division is highly respected and has a great track record for delivering a high standard of work across the country. We are looking for an experienced or up-and-coming Excavator Operator.

You will assist with a diverse range of construction, renewal, and maintenance projects across the Whanganui region. Working alongside our dedicated team you may operate machinery including excavators, rollers, graders, and trucks but will also use hand tools from time to time to get the job done.

• You will transport, load and unload machinery to and from sites
• Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies and equipment
