You'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in.

You'll also play a hands-on role supporting our clinicians to deliver excellent care.As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include : Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalismManaging appointment bookings and patient recordsProcessing payments, banking, and other administrative tasksEnsuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environmentAs a Dental Assistant, you'll : Support our dentists during a variety of treatmentsMaintain strict infection control and sterilisation proceduresManage stock and equipment preparationContribute to a calm, organised clinical environmentHours : Monday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pmTuesday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pmThursday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pmFriday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pmQualificationsYour Experience and ApproachYou're a people person with a warm, positive attitude and a strong team spirit.

You take pride in your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to make patients feel at ease.To succeed in this role, you'll bring : Previous experience as a Receptionist (essential)Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but full training provided for the right person)Strong customer service or sterilisation experienceExcellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy and the ability to learn systems quicklyA proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering great careAdditional InformationSounds like a job for you?
