Led by our Leo Moana Dual Pacific Languages Team Leader, Luti Tafea, the school has developed TALAMUKA-‘A-TONGA, a Y0-8 Bilingual Lea Faka-Tonga unit. We have a permanent position for a faiako looking to make a positive difference by teaching in our Lea Faka-Tonga Y0-3 classroom.

We are looking for a teacher who...

• Has fluency in Lea Faka-Tonga
• Has recent New Zealand teaching experience
• Puts warm, demanding, learning focussed relationships with their fānau and fāmili first
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment
• Has a warm sense of humour
