Job Title : Project Manager - Client-Side Interiors

Contract Type : Permanent

Company profile : A leader in end to end interiors and light commercial construction from client inception to delivery, with strong relationships with architects and a proactive approach to minimize rework. A fast-paced CBD environment where hard work is celebrated.

Responsibilities

Engage as the Project Manager from early design and build stages and stay engaged from setup through delivery, ensuring alignment with all stakeholder inputs.
Provide input into systems and ideas for better efficiencies and process improvements.
Apply a solution-focused, forward-thinking approach to project challenges and scenarios, presenting viable options and contingencies.
Collaborate with interior, refurb and light commercial construction teams, gained from a PM consultancy and / or main contractor background.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in interiors, refurbishment and light commercial construction, from a PM consultancy and / or main contractor.

Tertiary qualifications in construction management or similar are ideal.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think through what-if scenarios and develop practical solutions.

Remuneration

Salary : $150K - $160K + Vehicle
