Project Accountant

Mo te Turanga | About the Role

You'll be responsible for reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights that help drive effective decision-making.

You'll also contribute to process improvements and play a key role in ensuring financial compliance and transparency across ICT operations.

Preparing and analysing financial reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly ICT spend.

Partnering with ICT teams to support budget management and forecasting.

Contributing to the development of cost allocation models and strategic plans.

Identifying and implementing process improvements across the ICT finance function.

Supporting leadership initiatives and maintaining documentation of roles and tasks.

Mou | About You

You're a qualified accountant with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for partnering with business units to deliver financial clarity and performance.

You're proactive, organised, and confident in presenting financial insights to stakeholders.

A relevant tertiary qualification and CA / CPA (or near completion).

Proven experience in finance or accounting.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with budgeting systems.
