Responsibilities / Typical Roles

• Head Chef – Southern Area, NZ : start ASAP for a recurring contract, focus on bar food quality.
• Kitchenhand / F&B Attendant – Southern Area, NZ : 8-12 week contract, hotel setting.
• House Cleaner / F&B Assistant – Northern Region, NZ : ongoing agreement, hotel setting.
• FOH / Housekeeper – Southern Island, NZ : ASAP start for 2-3 month contract.
• Cook de Partie – Northern Area, NZ : 6-8 week contract, modern NZ pub cuisine.
• Cook de Partie – Waikato Area : ASAP start for 3-12 week contract, top-quality pub food (100-150 covers).
• Buffet Cook – Taranaki Region : 2-week agreement, club food (80-90+ covers).
• Cook – Wellington Region : 2-month contract, club-style food (200+ covers).
• Sous Chef – Canterbury Area : 6+ week contract, pub / moder n Australian-style food (~100 covers).
• Head Chef / Sous Chef – Marlborough Region : 4-8 week contract, pub / modern Australian design food (120 covers).
