About The Role
We\'re looking for a Learning & Development Manager to support our Business Advisory Services (BAS) team across Aotearoa.
You\'ll be part of a high-performing national L&OD team, delivering targeted learning solutions and driving capability uplift across the network.
This role suits someone who enjoys working at pace, solving problems, and contributing to strategic conversations.
You\'ll be confident engaging with senior leaders, comfortable navigating complexity, and able to balance assertiveness with adaptability.
You\'ll take ownership of L&D delivery for BAS, shaping initiatives that support performance, growth, and consistency across our 21 offices.
What You\'ll Bring
5+ years\' experience in L&D or HR
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Ability to contribute to strategic conversations and adapt to evolving priorities
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
Commitment to quality, timelines, and collaboration
Learning design and project management experience is essential
Experience implementing a capability framework (advantageous)
