New Service Line

We are now looking to start a new service line being Life / Health / Risk insurance which you will lead, and feed of the existing business + bring in new leads from your own network.

Company Structure

2 x Mortgage advisors including myself in Auckland and one based in Whitianga

1 x support staff

Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an Insurance Financial Advisor based in Auckland. You will assist clients in creating personalized insurance plans, providing insurance advice. You will be provided with a significant amount of leads. My entire client base can be contacted for insurance reviews.

You will have a lot of freedom, and in return we expect performance and results.

Qualifications

• Experience ideally minimum 2 years being an insurance advisor
• Know the policies and products of the various insurance providers offered in New Zealand inside out
• Strong with your admin, emails and CRM constantly up to date and in order. Someone well organized which reduces mistakes and miscommunications.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Insurance, and investments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Reputation and referrals are everything.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored financial solutions
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or a related field e.g. level 5 certifications.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a must.
• Solutions focused thinker. Do not focus on problems, only how to solve them and move forward.
