Purpose
As a Night Porter , you will be the go‑to person of the property when everyone else is asleep! Whether it is a late‑night guest inquiry or a minor maintenance issue, you are there to provide assistance and maintain the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints, and provide accurate information to guests about the property facilities and features
- Work closely with security to keep a watchful eye on the building's security systems, contributing to a safe and secure environment for guests and staff alike
- Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery and storage, parking and valet services
- Assist the day team with their operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience that extends throughout the entire day and night
- Embrace the distinctive night shifts at our hotel, spanning from 11 pm to 7 am
