Class 2 Driver / Horticulture

If you enjoy working outdoors, possess an awesome work ethic and have your full Class 2 NZ drivers' licence, then this role would suit you! We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Hastings team.

What does a Driver / Horticulture role involve?

Supporting your team, you will be responsible for a range of duties; driving the class 2 truck from our depot to a range of our sites across the Hastings district and supporting on horticulture side with our landscaping projects as needed.

Who we are looking for :

Ideally, we would love someone who has had experience in driving a class 2 truck and previous experience in landscaping / gardening. This role can be physically demanding, so physical fitness is needed. Other success factors include :

• A clean and current drivers' licence with the ability to drive a manual and tow a trailer (essential)
• Be a team player with a positive attitude - helping out your teammates needs to be second nature
• Proven experience adhering to health and safety procedures
• Self motivated with a strong desire to get the job done
