We are looking for a self-motivated lawyer with strong commercial contract skills and 4+ years' post qualification experience to join our dynamic Legal Team on a 12-month fixed term basis to cover parental leave. Supported by technical experts, you will be based in Auckland and provide legal advice across all our businesses.

You will have the opportunity to manage a diverse range of tasks including :

• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting a wide range of agreements (including consultancy agreements, subcontracts, teaming agreements, licencing and IT agreements);
• Providing legal support to our project teams;
• Research and advising on applicable laws and regulations;
• Managing claims and dispute resolution; and
• Supporting the management and continuous improvement of our compliance, quality and risk systems.
