• , NUS is the oldest higher education institution in Singapore.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Research Engineer to develop a novel knowledge-driven AI method for accelerating current computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and discrete element modelling (DEM) coupling methods.The selected Research Engineer is required to : Develop a novel knowledge-driven AI framework for accelerating CFD-DEM simulationValidate the proposed framework and apply it to granular materials related engineering, such as geotechnical, coastal, and chemical engineering.Develop a knowledge-driven AI method for accelerating coupled multi-phase modelling.Job RequirementsPossess a bachelor's degree or higher.Demonstrate a research or professional background aligned with the development of the topic.

Experience in multiple areas is highly desirable.Exhibit proficiency in coupled CFD-DEM modelling (C++) and AI-related algorithms (python).
