As a Customer Care Coordinator reporting to the Head of Sales & Customer Experience, you’ll embark on a dynamic journey. Your mission? Delight our customers and equip them with the tools and support they need for a seamless health journey. You’ll also connect with the local community, raising awareness about our invaluable services. In this close‑knit team, you’ll be hands‑on, involved in :

  • Being utterly customer‑obsessed, delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Ensuring our Resonate Studios always mirror our marketing and brand standards.
  • Championing local business growth and community awareness of our mission.
  • Taking charge of local social media for the Studio, creating positive connections within the community.
  • Becoming a subject‑matter expert in your field.

What you will bring to the role

You will have huge energy and determination, and can showcase the following :

  • A relentless focus on customer service, consistently delivering excellence.
  • Top‑notch organisational skills and time management, even when juggling diverse tasks.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, allowing you to engage effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Prior experience with social media management.
  • A knack for community engagement and business promotion.
