As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic People & Performance team as an Organisational Development & Capability Co‑ordinator , where you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving impactful development initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

In this fast‑paced and collaborative role, you'll support the planning and delivery of OD and Capability programmes, coordinate events and training, manage data and reporting, and be the go‑to contact for stakeholders across the business. From engagement surveys to SharePoint content creation, you'll help bring our organisational development strategy to life—making a real difference to how our people grow, connect, and thrive.

About You

You’ll have experience in a coordinator or administrative capacity, ideally within HR, organisational development, or a related field. You’ll be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities with confidence, and bring a sharp eye for detail to everything from data entry to reporting. Your communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, while your flair for event coordination and content creation will ensure our initiatives are both impactful and engaging. You’ll be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and a passion for creating a positive, inclusive employee experience. Technologically savvy, you’ll be confident using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and tools like Workday, Canva, and video editing software. A background in human resources, organisational psychology, or communications is desirable, and your enthusiasm for supporting learning, development, and culture will be key to your success.
