Trade Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to support licensed electricians on-site in Dunedin. This is a short‑term role kicking off mid‑November and running through to Christmas — ideal for someone with practical skills and a keen attitude.

Location : Dunedin City

Start date : Short‑term role from 10 Nov–Christmas.

Pay rate : $28‑$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Your role will include :

• Assisting NZ Licensed Electricians on‑site
• Skilled labouring and use of power tools
• Preparing work areas and reinstating materials
• Digging trenches and assisting with conduit / cable tray installs
• Supporting deliveries and material handling
• Working at heights (scissor lifts / ladders) under supervision
• General site clean‑up and labouring duties
