We're currently looking for an Import / Export Logistics Coordinator on a 9 month fixed term contract to play a pivotal role in continuing to improve and enhance our customer experience. This position will interact with all functions of Transam New Zealand to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of import / export and transport services.

Job Description

In this multifaceted role, you'll be part of the backbone of our import and export services, overseeing data entry, invoicing, and cartage, all while nurturing enduring customer and supplier relationships. Your responsibilities will encompass the coordination of sea and airfreight, warehousing, trucking, and more, all while extending support to third‑party providers in facilitating Customs clearances for import, export, and trans‑shipment. Training will be provided for someone with a “can do” attitude, a strong work ethic and an appetite for success. This is a permanent full‑time position based in our Parnell office. All applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying. The successful candidate may be subject to undergo a Police Check and / or Pre‑Employment Drug Test.
