Join Giltrap Group as a Workshop Controller

Giltrap Prestige - Aston Martin, Bentley and Lamborghini are looking for a Workshop Controller to join the team

This is a busy, fast-paced role, you will be working with experienced and dedicated, close-knit team, reporting directly to the Aftersales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the workshop team & workload
  • Effectively communicating to service advisors job status and ensuring jobs are completed on time
  • Immediately Reporting any job delays and issues
  • Managing Quality control
  • Ensuring manufacture warranty and internal processes are followed

About You

Our ideal candidate is someone who is proactive problem solver, with high written and oral communication skills, excellent project management, and a keen eye for detail. You will need to be approachable, well-presented, and most importantly passionate about our brands and the automotive industry.

Your performance is key to the success of the service department and requires a large amount of dedication.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Super Luxury Brands
  • In depth knowledge in technical diagnosis and repair as well as electrical systems
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
  • Highly self-motivated and committed team-player
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Must be highly process driven
