About the Role

Temperzone is looking for a skilled Dynamics & Application Support Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. Key Responsibilities

• Champion Dynamics 365 : Administer, configure, and optimise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead Power Platform Innovation : Design and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate workflows that improve operations and user experience.
• Collaborate & Consult : Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and deliver seamless integrations.
• Support Core Systems : Provide technical support for ERP peripheral systems, e‑commerce platforms, and integration environments.
• Drive Data Excellence : Manage and maintain databases, prepare datasets, and develop queries to support reporting and analytics.
• Champion System Health : Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clear documentation and training materials.
