This is a rare opportunity to join their Auckland team and play a key role in the successful delivery of high-profile developmentsThe RoleYou'll provide leadership across the design function, managing consultant outputs and aligning project documentation with timelines, budgets, and the construction program.

This is a dynamic role requiring close collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure high standards of coordination, safety, and delivery.Your responsibilities : Lead and coordinate consultants to ensure quality design documentation is delivered on time and within budgetDrive compliance with project briefs, statutory requirements, and construction standardsManage the full design program – including BIM coordination, approvals, and construction alignmentLiaise with clients, local authorities, emergency services, and utility providersDrive value management, safety in design, and constructability reviews with the delivery teamMaintain project registersSupport bids and tenders with scope reviews and design strategy inputCollaborate with stakeholders and internal departments to ensure smooth project handoverRequirements : Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture or EngineeringProven experience in design management for large-scale D&C projects (ideally within a tier-two firm or from a large Architectural practice)Confident managing consultants and external design teamsStrong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholdersCollaborative mindset and ability to challenge for best-for-project outcomesA flexible and solutions-focused attitudeHigh-profile commercial projectsLong-term opportunity within a global businessSupportive project and design teamsCulture built on respect, unity and excellenceCompetitive salary and employee benefitsContactIf you meet the above criteria and would like a confidential chat, please reach out to Casey Donnithorne at Redpath Partners –
