The role

ClearPoint is seeking a Principal Consultant to drive transformational collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership in the evolving digital landscape.

As a Principal Consultant, you will be crucial in delivering high-impact consulting and transformation engagements, blending hands-on billable delivery with senior consulting work.

You'll support the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Client Directors in driving business growth and managing technical and strategic client relationships.

Your Toolkit for Success

Our ideal candidate is a forward-thinking senior practitioner.

Your technical and delivery expertise will include :

Deep knowledge of architecture and design principles for microservices and cloud-based solutions (including GraphQL and REST APIs).

Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proven expertise in client delivery management, particularly in designing, building, and deploying digital engineering solutions.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (Angular, ReactJS, Vue.js) and continuous integration / delivery tools (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins).

Strong capability in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, TDD, BDD, etc.) and experience with the DORA framework.

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformations.

Your leadership and consulting competencies will include :

Confidence in presenting ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
