Job descriptionDrive Growth : Manage a defined territory, delivering profitable sales and market share through exceptional relationships, market and product knowledge and strong commercial acumen. Win New Business : Identify and onboard new customers across the Route and Foodservice channels. Customer Planning : Develop and execute call cycles that and activations in partnership with the OOH Sales Manager. Insights : Provide accurate market intelligence to inform strategy. Problem-Solving : Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring strong relationships and continuity. Experience Foodservice, Route or Grocery sales (2+ years desirable). Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. Proven ability to cold call and create new business opportunities. Financial literacy and commercial acumen. Resilience, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce (desirable). Competitive salary and benefits.
