We are dedicated to delivering an unforgettable dining journey, one that encapsulates the essence of Aotearoa's unique culture and breathtaking landscapes.Job DescriptionOverseeing the following key responsibilities for Te Arikinui Pullman, Novotel and ibis Budget Auckland Airport : Financial Leadership & Reporting – Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, end of month closure, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reports, ensuring accuracy, detail, and timely submission to management, owners, and Accor.Systems & Compliance – Develop, monitor, and streamline financial systems while ensuring strict adherence to Accor policies, internal controls, and all statutory, tax, and audit requirements.Cash Flow & Treasury Management – Oversee cash flow, enforce cash handling procedures, and authorise payments in line with vendor and organisational requirements.Accounts & Payroll Oversight – Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, credit approvals, debt recovery, and payroll compliance to maintain financial stability.Stakeholder Engagement & Profitability – Partner with Department Managers to improve departmental profitability, attend leadership meetings, and ensure effective communication with owners, auditors, and regulatory bodies.Qualifications5 Years relevant experience in accounting.Exceptional organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.In-depth understanding of hotel operations.Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.Demonstrated business acumen with ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.Additional InformationLearn your Way- Access to our Accor Academy so you can Earn while you Learn!
